The new moon, much like the New Year, marks a time of renewal, reflection, and fresh beginnings. Join Paige as she guides you through a new moon meditation to unearth your sankulpa — your heartfelt intention for the year ahead.
Following the meditation, you will be immersed in a calming crystal bowl sound bath. Reiki Master, Jill will enhance your experience with reiki healing energy and essential oils, to restore balance and invite peace into your mind and body.
Together, we’ll harness the cooling lunar “yin” energy of the new moon — a time for regeneration, rejuvenation, and quiet transformation.

as she guides you through a meditation, using the transformative energy of the Full Moon to unearth your vision for 2026!
Following the meditation, we will create vision boards, a visual representation of your heart's desire.
All materials will be provided, however, if you have pictures or magazines that you love, please bring them!
